Love Mia Bathhouse orders are custom made. Any change of mind returns will not be honoured. Please be mindful of where your parcel will be delivered to and ensure your package is kept away from heat. This will prevent any damage to the natural wax and salts.

Our products are individually wrapped to ensure safe delivery. If your order is damaged, please email a photo of your order and notify us via email at hello@lovemiabathhouse.com.au within 7 days of receipt.
